Where does Zyon Footwear deliver to?
We ship worldwide from our international fulfillment center. Most orders are delivered globally, and shipping is available to all countries shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. You can track the status of your package online at any time via the link in the email.
Are there any additional customs duties or import fees?
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties and import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are levied by the local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for the exact regulations.
How does the return & exchange process work?
You have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order, provided the items are: unworn, unused, and in perfect condition, all tags are still attached, and they are in their original packaging. How do I initiate a return?
Simply send us an email to contact@zyonfootwear.com with the following information: Order number, Full name, Item(s) you wish to return, Brief description of the reason (optional, but helps us improve). After reviewing your request, we will send you the return address and further instructions. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you by email. If the refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take slightly longer for the funds to appear in your account.
